The Sheboygan community may miss the live concert series this summer, but the John Michael Kohler Arts Center still plans to offer “a new kind of summer fun.” “Thursday Nights Together (at a Distance)” is new weekly music and arts programming that will take the place of the Levitt Amp concert series this summer.

Beginning June 25th, Sheboygan residents should keep an eye open for pop-up concerts that will be performed aboard the Arts Center’s Culinary Art Car. It will be making surprise trips to city neighborhoods three times this summer.

Playlists of music performed by artists featured in past Levitt AMP Sheboygan concerts will be streamed Thursdays, July 2–August 20 from 6:00–8:00 p.m. on Spotify.

The Arts Center will also be hosting a weekly contest and providing weekly “Creating Care Kits” featuring different activities with new materials for participants to try at home.

Meanwhile, the Levitt Foundation is providing a free virtual music series for the summer. It will feature streaming videos from artists from across the country brought to you by 2020 Levitt AMP winners.
